- Delivery can usually be scheduled at time of purchase in store or online during checkout
- To view or reschedule your delivery, refer to your sale check number on your receipt or order history and visit Furniture & Mattress Delivery
- If your merchandise is on order, we will contact you when it becomes available in the warehouse to schedule delivery
- Macy's does not offer furniture/mattress pick-ups from our store or warehouse locations
- Scheduling a delivery for a specific hour of the day is not available; you'll be provided with a delivery window the day before your delivery
- The delivery team can carry your furniture up three floors. You will need to indicate at Checkout if you require delivery up more than three floors without an elevator
- We can hold your purchase at our warehouse for up to 45 days. If you're unable to schedule delivery within 45 days of availability, your order will be canceled
