In addition to Macy's Cards, you can add Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards to your Wallet (up to 10 cards total).
Follow these steps to add a credit card to your Wallet:

For the desktop site:

• Sign In To Your Macy's Account (upper right-hand side)
• Select "Wallet" from the dropdown menu
• Under the Payment Methods section, select the "Add A Payment Method" button
• Enter the card number and associated billing information
• Select the "Save & Close" button

For the mobile site:

• Sign In To Your Macy's Account by tapping your name icon on the lower right
• Select "Wallet", under the Account Information section
• Under the Credit cards section, select the "Add A Credit Card" button
• Enter the card number and associated billing information
• Select the "Save" button

Your card information is now saved in your Wallet for future use. If you'd like to easily access your Star Rewards information, set your Macy's Card as your default card.

Follow these steps to remove a credit card from your Wallet:

For the desktop site:

Sign In To Your Macy's Account (upper right-hand side)

• Select "Wallet" from the dropdown menu
• Under "Payment Method" your current saved cards will be displayed
• Each of your cards will have an "Edit" option in the left corner
• Click "Edit" and the card info will slide out with a "Edit" button
• Click "Edit"
• Scroll down and you will see a "Remove" button
• A pop-up will ask "Are you sure you want to remove this card", click "OK"
• The page will refresh and the card is removed from your Wallet

For the mobile site:

• Sign In To Your Macy's Account by tapping your name icon on the lower right
• Scroll down and tap "Wallet"
• Tap "Credit Cards"
• Locate the credit card you wish to remove
• Swipe that card toward the left revealing the red "Remove" button
• Tap "Remove" and acknowledge the warning of removal
• Card is now removed from the wallet

During Checkout, your default card will automatically show as your preferred payment option.

If you want to use a different stored credit card:

• In the Payment section, select the "Change" button
• The section will expand to show all of your saved credit cards
• Select the round button next to the card you want to use for payment and then select the red "Save" button
• You can also add a new credit card at this step

If you have any expired credit cards in your Wallet, you'll see an "expired" flag next to the expired card(s) during Checkout. If any of your saved credit cards expire, you won't be able to use them for future purchases.

There are a few ways to view offers saved to your wallet:

1. Log in to your macys.com account and select "Wallet" to view your available offers.
2. Your offers can be found in your Shopping Bag when signed in, before going to the checkout screen.
3. In-store by swiping your Macy's Card at checkout or enter your associated phone number linked to your Star Rewards membership.

Only one offer can be used per order.
 

If you're shopping on macys.com:

• You must be signed in. Once in your Shopping Bag you will see "Your Best Offer" on the right side. We let you know which offer saves you the most money!! Simply, select the "Apply" button.
• If you would like to see all of your available offers, click the "See All Offers" link, just above the Apply button.

If you're shopping in store:

• Swipe your Macy's Card at the register when you checkout. You'll see a list of your saved offers.
• We let you know which offer saves you the most money!! The best offer will always be the top selection but, you may choose any offer on the screen.

Note: If you don't have a Macy's Card but are enrolled as a Bronze Star Rewards Member, you can access your offers by entering your phone number at the register signature pad. If a coupon has been added to your Wallet, you don't need to bring the physical coupon with you for in-store purchases.

48 hours before expiration, you'll see an "expires soon" flag next to the offers in your Wallet. Expired promo codes and offers are automatically removed from your Wallet and can no longer be used.
