You'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or your Macy's American Express® Card to your macys.com profile to change your billing address. If you need help adding your card, please click here.

• If you are not signed in, start by clicking "Sign In" at the top right macys.com homepage or click here.
• Hover over your name & click "Macy’s Credit Card".
• In the Manage Credit Card section of the page click "Update Credit Profile"
• On the new Credit Profile Page click the "+" (plus sign) next to the "Contact Information" section to expand
• Click "Edit" button next to the listed address
• Enter the new address information
• Click "Save" to apply changes
• You have updated your Macy's Credit Card billing address information

• You will need to update your billing address within your Macys.com profile as well (see steps below)

Note: If you update your address, certain account features may be temporarily unavailable for your security.

• From the My Account page locate the Payment Methods section
• You will see a listing of credit cards attached to your profile. Find the account your want to update and click "Edit" in the left corner.
• Enter your address updates into the form.
• Click "Save & Continue" at the bottom of the form

Please note the steps outlined in this section update your billing address for your purchase profile on macys.com only. To update your billing address for your Macy’s Credit Card account, please follow the steps outlined in “How do I Update my Billing address for my Macy’s Credit Card?”

You can also change your credit card billing address by contacting our customer care center at 1-888-257-6757 (TTY: 711) during business hours. Monday - Sunday, 8am - 12am ET.

Update Email Address on .com Profile:

• Sign in to your "Profile".
• Upper right-hand side, "hover" over your name and, click, "Profile".
• Under the "Contact/Security" section, select "Email".
• Select "Edit". Type in your "New Email" and "Current Password".
• Click “Save.”

Update Email Address on Citi Profile:

• Sign in to your "Profile" on macys.com.
• Upper right-hand side, hover over your name and, click, "My Account".
• Scroll to the section "Macy's Credit Card".
• Click on "View Details".
• Click on "Credit Summary" (this takes you over to Citi).
• Upper right-hand corner, click on "Credit Profile".
• Click on the plus sign to expand the "Contact Information" section.
• Click on "Edit" to update your "Email" address. Don't forget to "Save".

Update Phone Number on .com Profile:

• Select "Sign In" on the top right side of macys.com and log into your account with your email address and password.
• Upper right-hand side, hover over your name and, click, "Profile".
• Under the "Contact/Security" section, select "Phone".
• Select "edit".
• Type in your "New Phone Number" and "Current Password".
• Click “Save.”

Update Phone Number on Citi Profile:

• Sign in to your "Profile" on macys.com.
• Upper right-hand side, hover over your name and, click, "My Account".
• Scroll to the section "Macy's Credit Card".
• Click on "View Details".
• Click on "Credit Summary" (this takes you over to Citi).
• Upper right-hand corner, click on "Credit Profile".
• Click on the plus sign to expand the "Contact Information" section.
• Click on "Edit" to update your "Phone Number".
• Click “Save.”

• Upper right-hand side, hover over your name and select, "Wallet".
• Under the "Credit & Debit" Cards section, select the "pencil" icon.
• Scroll down to "phone number" section. Update phone number.
• Click the "Save & Continue" button.

You can also change your credit card billing address through the following method:

Call Customer Service at 1-888-257-6757 (TTY: 711) during our business hours. Monday - Sunday, 8am - 12am ET

• Select "Sign In".
• Input your email address and password.
• Select the "Sign In" button.
• Select the "My Account" link, then select "Profile".
• In the Contact/Security section, select the "Edit" link located to the right of your current password.
• Enter your current password and new password.
• Select the "Save" button.
• If opted in, you will receive a confirmation via email or text as notice of this change

Please note: Password must be 7-16 characters and can include specials characters with the exception of (. , - | \ =) or spaces.

If you requested a new password but didn't receive your password-reset email:

• Try re-entering your email address.
• Check your spam or junk mail folders in your email account.

Double-check that the email address associated with your Macy's account is correct. You may want to try another email address that could have been used when you set up your account.

If you received a password reset email from Macy's but did not request it, please notify us by clicking the "please let us know" link in the password reset email.

Immediately reset your password.  If you see any unusual activity associated with your account, please contact Customer Service.
