For My Macy's Credit Card Account
Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity on your Macy's account right away either from your computer or by calling us.
After you report the activity, allow up to 2-3 billing cycles for us to complete our investigation. We will contact you if additional information is needed.
From your Computer:
- Select My Account and log in to your account with your email address and password.
- Select "Macy's Credit Card".
- Under the "Manage Credit Card", "Account Services" section, select "Dispute a Charge".
- Review account activity, select the unauthorized transaction(s), follow the prompts, and submit
- A status email will be sent when the dispute is complete
- Please allow at least 6 weeks for a resolution.
- Note: Your Macy's Credit Card or your Macy's American Express® Card will need to be linked to your online profile.
