What is Macy's Wine Shop?


Great news! On April 6, 2021 Macy's launched a new wine program called Macy's Wine Shop that replaces Macy's Wine Cellar. Macy’s Wine Shop expands the way Macy’s customers can purchase wine and is no longer only a subscription program! For more information about Macy's Wine Shop, click here.



Macy's Wine Cellar came to a close on April 27, 2021 and we understand that you may have questions or concerns about the transition from Macy's Wine Cellar to Macy's Wine Shop. Please contact us using the customer service information below.




The best way to determine if your wine shipment was sent from Macy's Wine Shop is to look at the confirmation number on your box. All Macy's Wine Shop orders begin with the number "9".

Purchases can be made through Macy's Wine Shop by calling 1-855-996-2224 or placing an order at www.macyswineshop.com . Macy's Wine Shop is operated by Drinks Holdings, Inc. in conjunction with a licensed network.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Can I return to the store?

Returns can be made to Macy's Wine Shop by calling 1-855-996-2224 or emailing the Customer Service Center at support@macyswineshop.com . Because Macy's Wine Shop is independent of Macy's Retail Holdings, returns cannot be made to any Macy's store. For convenience, the return address is listed on every case of wine delivered. All returns in connection with Macy's Wine Shop are handled by a network licensed to sell wines, and all returns must comply with applicable federal and state law.

Can I earn Star Rewards on my purchase?

Macy's Wine Shop is operated in conjunction with a network of licensed wine retailers who sell the wines. Macy's Wine Shop is independent of Macy's Retail Holdings, so Macy's Retail Holdings loyalty points are not part of the Macy's Wine Shop experience.

If I give it as a gift, can the recipient return it and get the paid value?

We do not recommend sending this particular case as a gift, since the offer includes delivery every 3 months for which you would continue to be charged. However, you can make one-time purchases from Macy's Wine Cellar, and we have an extensive range to choose from! Any time a gift is returned by a recipient, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the order. Gift recipients can make returns by calling 1-888-997-0319 or by contacting customer service at www.macyswinecellar.com . Because Macy's Wine Cellar is independent of Macy's Retail Holdings, returns cannot be made to any Macy's store.
