Sent wrong item and messed up plans

I was sent the wrong item and it looks NOTHING like this. What I received was beige with a pink bow. It messed up my plans. Wish I could include a picture. I think I'll really like it IF I ever get it.

shipping always late

Macy’s need work in fast shipping order because I bought gifts in December 1 arriving in 25 day later

Order never arrived

Macys said my order would take 3-6 business days.not only did this vendor send out the item late, they only sent 1 of the 2 sweaters despite the confirmation saying both sweaters are in the package. The single sweater I did receive was STUFFED and barely fit into the small bag it was packed in. no wonder it's missing one item! There would be no room for another sweater! Not to mention, the sweater was not wrapped in an individual plastic inside the shipping package. it was just stuffed inside raw, with a pink sticker attached saying "item 2/2". This is extremely sloppy work. very disappointed.
