Missing Items that I payed for

Hello Macy's, I really appreciate you guys hard work for bringing my package but unfortunately what I ordered is not what I expected. When I opened the box I could only observe 2 items inside the box but mind you I have the receipt and it says that I should have received 3 items. I'm ensure if this is a mistake from the delivery company or Macy's. I would love to receive a refund for what I ordered and payed for. Thank you!
