Didn’t received this item

This item said delivered and I am yet to receive it I am so disappointed in Macys how can you ship with untrustworthy service, this delivery never came to my apartment door because i have a camera on my door. This package should require a signature.

Do not buy from Macy. I never received the shoes I ordered. Also, Macy does not care either. They are scamming people out of their money. You will never receive your order from Macy.
