SHIPPED DELIVERED AND NEVER RECEIVED

Purchased this merchandise although it could not be delivered to my local Macy's store but to my designated "ship to" address I've used for years. Confirmed by customer service when I called to ask about using reward points for this purchase. I received an email notification this merchandise was delivered at my designated shipping address. I've had numerous ordered Macy's items delivered to my designated shipping address with no problem. I do not understand how "this item" was NEVER received at my shipping address or my local Macy's. I'm asking for a REFUND!
