Melted into 1 piece
They were all melted together in one big pile , that impressed .
Delicious Chi-Town Chocolate
The mints tasted just the way I remembered but it looked as though they may have melted and resolidifed. It’s summer time so that didn’t impact the taste at all.

Craveworthy!
I planned a trip to Macy's for another item, but remembered they sell Frango mints, so couldn't leave without a small box. I think it only lasted 2 days.
Arrived completely melted unfortunately
I am sure the quality would have been good, however these arrived completely melted into one bobby brick. I know there was a heatwave, but this was for a work event and I was optimistic that the delivery system accounted for summer heat.
Disappointed
I ordered 4 boxes shipped as a birthday gift and they arrived completely melted and inedible. Macys hasn’t responded to my multiple requests for refund.
Delicious little thank you gifts
I love sharing these delicious chocolates. Mint is the original flavor that my family knew at Marshall Fields in Chicago in the 1950's. I do also love the dark chocolate ones and the peppermint too. Amazingly I fell in love with a man named Frangos. Now this is my go to gift to share. One complaint for Macy's... Do not pack perfume samples in with food. Not compatible aromas.

Melted mess turned into grainy rock
We bought a box last week and couldn’t wait to enjoy the smooth chocolates. They are one of our favorites. We opened the box and they had melted and formed back into one big mass. It was grainy and didn’t taste at all like it should have. This is not the first time this has happened. We won’t be buying these from Macy’s until they can address their storage problems. We didn’t have time to go back or we would have returned them. Our loss.

Delicious! A delightful blast from my past.
When I saw this box of chocolates it took me back to the days of Marshall Field's in Chicago, the iconic purveyor of FRANGO mints until Macy's came into the picture. In my mind, these historic Chicago locations will ALWAYS be Marshall Field's; I even worked there in the early 1980s. In any case, I want to say that this box of mints was incredibly delicious and brought back many treasured memories.
