item stolen I predict

We purchased this and a dresser for a niece who lives in Stockton. She fled a DV situation and now lives in a dangerous part of town, alone and afraid with nothing. She had to leave her curtains and door opened to ensure she would not miss a delivery and this has caused her trauma due to being fearful of her violent ex-partner. This is the only item that states it was delivered but she did not get. She has a note on her door asking that packages not be left without her answering the door due to high theift. I am retired and had to use my savings to purchase her modest furniture and i cant afford to purchase again. Your assistance with this matter would be much appreciated. Than you, Carla

False advertising

I was sent the wrong table, did not look like the picture at macys site. Then told that I ordered the cheaper table. I checked the Macy's site again and confirmed that I was sent a different table from the one pictured. Still waiting for a resolution from the table company, withe the help of macys costumer service.
