Broken & will return immediately

product was broken upon opening. I do not think broken items should be sold at the store.

No as great as tought

I got this a month ago and i did like how it looks and the expandability. Price is okay but does not fit utensils properly. Some compartments are too small almost useless.

Very poor quality and craftsmanship. Arrived broken and looks like a returned item that should have been trashed. Avoid the brans all together.

Disappointed

This item came all broken up, it was a last call and non-returnable. The quality of this is way below what I am accustomed to when making purchases from Macy's. This item went right in the trash, it was not usable.

I wish I'd read the reviews first!

This is a colossal waste of money. Macy's should be ashamed of themselves for selling this. I made an error by not reading the reviews prior to ordering this "Final Act" item. However, this item should never have been for sale. It's extremely flimsy and will not stay together. Just Awful!!
