The RIGHT dress!!! after a lot of confusion

Finally!!! I have been monitoring Macy's web site and wondered why this dress was no longer listed. I crossed my fingers and waited and finally, this dress was listed again! Now, I had to wonder if they fixed the problem that mixed the SKU with the plain white version. They did!!!! The multi-color dress - the one I really, really wanted - was delivered!!!! It was worth the wait! The dress is lovely!!! Patience was rewarded!!!

Wrong Dress sent twice.

If you order this dress be prepared to get the Kasper Vanilla Ice not the Vanilla Ice Multi dress as pictured. Somebody has the marked this dress with the incorrect UPC and they have not fixed as June 3rd. Macys must be wondering why this dress is not selling. I called customer service to try and correct this, but the sent the same dress again. Can't recommend, because I never got the correct dress.

UPCs are wrong in system on Vanilla and Multi

Purchased and repurchased 3 times: first as a replacement for wrong item sent; then with help from phone customer service, and finally with help from an instore associate: Always received the Vanilla Ice and not the Vanilla Ice Multi. Had to go in store and have associate at customer service sort it out and he discovered that UPC’s are reversed on these two items. Am waiting for the 4th order to arrive to see if ordering the white dress will yield receiving the Multi colored dress.
