Hair Falling Out

I bought this shampoo for the brand and trying it for the first time. What a mistake, the shampoo is making my hair fall out. Never had this happen to me before. I don't know what is in the formula, but I stopped using it. I am sad that it has passed the return time at Macy's, so I can't return. It is now going to the trash.

Cleans without any harshness. Hair feels soft & moisturized. Gentle on curls.
