Broken/return was difficult

I was so excited to get the plates, however there was broken pieces and when I used macys chat they basically said figure it out yourself per their “policy” they do not have to accommodate anything other than you spending days and time at their store or standing inline to ship huge boxes. They will not just send a plate.

Great durability and put to good use!

The quality and thickness is very nice. They feel very durable and make great plates/bowls for individual plating and even for serving! I use them casually for snacking and also to serve the sides at a family style dinner. I am just very particular so my only complaint is that there are slight glazing imperfections on the rims (barely noticeable) but overall, very happy!

Beautiful dishes. Heavy duty love the coloring.. dishwasher safe microwave safe. I will be getting move from this brand. Can’t wait to have a beer g family dinner!!!!
