Ummm… yes!
I love this stuff! I had to use it for awhile to get a good idea of how it would react to my face as many face washes keep my skin either too dry or too oily and in turn makes me break out but I really liked how my face felt even the morning after using this and didn’t break out my skin! You get a big bottle of it which makes the price worth it!

Good but different
This isn’t a bad cleanser, but it isn’t my favorite! The one thing that’s very jarring is the smell. It has fermented pear in it, so it smells like liquor, but it does make my face feel very soft afterwards. I have been using it so it is good, but it just isn’t my favorite!

Breakup with breakouts
I’ve been using this product for a little over two weeks now and I can say that the first few days I felt tingling when applying but as by skin got used to the product that went away. A little product goes a long way as it gets foamy as you apply and cleanse. The product is definitely for everyday use but if you’re prone to dry skin I suggest applying moisturizer after washing your face as it can be a little drying. I’ve seen definite improvement in the amount of acne on my face. The scent of the product is very subtle which I like because I don’t like overpowering scents in my face care products. I love the ingredients such as pear juice and witch hazel.

Great lather does eventually clear skin
I received the Sunday Riley Breakup Breakout Purifying Salicylic Acid Cleanser for oily and blemish-prone skin in exchange for my honest review. The first thing I noticed was the texture — it’s quite watery, which makes it a bit difficult to control, especially when using it in the shower. While it does create a nice lather, I didn’t feel that it deeply cleansed my pores. My skin felt clean afterward, but not that “squeaky clean” sensation you sometimes get after a deep cleanse. During the first week of use, I experienced more breakouts, but I decided to continue using the product to give it a fair chance. The breakouts did worsen at first but eventually began to clear up over time. My skin looked better after consistent use; however, since my skin scars easily from acne, the initial breakout phase was frustrating. Overall, I found this cleanser to be decent once my skin adjusted, but the watery consistency and initial purging period might not work for everyone.

Works great without drying out mature skin!
Honestly—I didn’t expect this to work as well as it did. My mature skin’s been acting up lately (red, uneven, little breakouts that just wouldn’t go away), and I started using the Sunday Riley Breakout Breakup cleanser every night. Within a few days, I noticed the redness calming down, and by the end of the month my skin looked so much better and way less irritated. It doesn’t leave that tight, dry feeling like most acne cleansers do, and it actually feels clean after I rinse. Overall my skin just looks healthier. Definitely one of the few cleansers I’ll keep using!

Cleaning
