How Can I Sign Up For Delivery Text Messages?
  • Sign in to My Account
  • Click Preferences > Notification Methods

Here you can establish your personal preferences on how you want to be notified regarding email, text, and receipts.

  • Click Edit within the Text section
  • Click "Yes, Text Me" to opt-in to receive texts
  • Add your Mobile Number
  • Select your personal contact preferences. Options include:
    • Promo Alerts (Special Sign-Up Offer, Latest Sales, Events, and More)
    • Security Alerts (Macys.Com Account Changes, Password Protection, and More)
    • Order Alert (Delivery, Order Updates, Star Rewards, and More)

You can easily turn off text notifications by going to Notification Methods and choosing " Maybe Later. I'd Prefer Not To Receive Texts At This Time" or text STOP to cancel or HELP for help.


By checking any alert box and then explicitly confirming from your mobile device, you consent to receive text messages which may be generated by an automated dialer to your mobile device. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message frequency for alerts varies. Msg & Data Rates May Apply.
