Macy's can provide a special shopping experience for international customers through our arrangement with Borderfree. International shoppers can:

• View an item's price in your local currency
• Shop in your preferred currency
• Get their order totals guaranteed at the exchange rate set during Checkout

Here's how it works:

• From the macys.com homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page. On the left side by the picture of the American flag, select Change Location
• Select your shipping destination and preferred shopping currency from the two drop-down menus
• Select the Save & Continue button
• Now you can shop the macys.com site as usual - choose your desired item(s) by selecting the Add To Bag button, then select the Continue Shopping button to return to browsing
• When you're ready for Checkout, select the shopping bag icon located at the top right of the page, then select Proceed to Checkout . You'll see your merchandise total including estimated shipping and estimated sales tax

To figure out how much your order will cost, add items to your Bag and select the Checkout button.

Borderfree will calculate and display an order total in your preferred currency, including:

• All shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to the Borderfree warehouse
• The cost from the Borderfree warehouse to your selected international destination
• Any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination location

To track your international orders, visit our Order Tracking Page and provide the following:

• Order number
• Billing email address

No - when you use the Borderfree global checkout, you'll be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount you'll be billed by Borderfree. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.

We're unable to edit your merchandise selections once your order has been placed. In the event that the shipping address on your order needs to be updated or you need to cancel your order, you can contact Customer Service in one of the following ways:

No. At this time, international orders cannot be split between multiple destinations.

No. We do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers. We also cannot accept gift cards as payment for orders shipped internationally.
