Macy's has partnered with Borderfree to provide international customers with an enhanced shipping experience. Borderfree is a global e-commerce company that helps provide international shoppers with product prices using the currency of their choice, favorable international shipping costs, and the lowest possible order total.

International shipping rates, calculated by Borderfree during Checkout, takes a number of factors into account, including shipping speed (standard/express), number of items purchased, item weight, and the destination location/region.

Most in-stock items generally ship from our fulfilment center within 2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) and arrive within 4-13 business days after the order is received. Since delivery time frames vary depending on the destination, a more accurate estimate is provided during Checkout.

Note : We try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If your merchandise temporarily becomes on backorder with the manufacturer or vendor, you will be sent a detailed email which will include a new expected shipping date (if available). If the expected shipping date is greater than 30 days or has changed twice, the email will also include instructions on how to accept or decline the backorder date.

Note : For these cases, Federal Trade Commission rules require that you contact Macy's within 30 days of the original ship date to avoid cancellation.

If you live in the U.S., or are an American citizen traveling or living abroad, you'll receive a guaranteed total for an order that is shipping internationally, which can be paid in U.S. dollars using a U.S. credit card.

Note : International orders must not exceed $10,000.00 USD.

If you would like to ship an order to the United States and have a U.S. credit card billing address, you may place your order through macys.com. If you would like to ship an order to the United States and have an international billing address, you may place your order by phone (long distance fees may apply). Call us at (IDD#)+ 1-513-573-7912 Monday - Sunday, 8am - 10pm ET.

Orders shipping to U.S. military addresses must be placed through macys.com, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics as international orders.

Due to certain restrictions, the following items/brands/services cannot be shipped internationally:

• Fragrances
• Furniture
• Mattresses
• Gift cards
• Gift receipts
• Gift wrap

Other items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported to your international shipping destination will be indicated during checkout by Borderfree.
